Affiliate Disclosure
Bravo Verdict earns commissions when you click a link on our site and buy something from a merchant. Commissions never decide our rankings. This page explains exactly how it works.
How we make money
Bravo Verdict is an affiliate publisher. When you click a link to a merchant on our site and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. The commission is paid by the merchant, not by you. This is our entire business model. We do not sell display advertising, sponsored posts or paid product placements.
Who we work with
We participate in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com and its affiliated marketplaces.
We also work with additional affiliate networks and direct merchant partnerships, including but not limited to Skimlinks, Impact, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, Rakuten, and Awin. These networks connect us with thousands of retailers. When you click a link on our site, it may pass through one of these networks so that the sale can be attributed to us.
How commissions affect our rankings
They don’t. Every ranking on this site is built from a public scoring system that weights criteria based on what actually matters for the product category, not what pays the most commission. You can read the full explanation on our methodology page.
We frequently rank products from merchants who pay us nothing above products from merchants who pay us well. When a product wins a role on our site, it’s because it scored highest against our criteria. Nothing else.
What we will never do
- Accept payment from a brand to include a product on the site.
- Accept payment from a brand to change a ranking.
- Accept payment from a brand to write a positive review.
- Reorder rankings based on which merchant pays the highest commission.
- Omit products from a ranking because we can’t earn a commission on them.
- Publish reviews of products we haven’t vetted.
How affiliate links are marked
Every buy button on our site is an affiliate link. When you click one, you may pass through a redirect on our own domain (for example, a link starting with /go/) before arriving at the merchant. That redirect is how we track which product was clicked and attribute the sale correctly. It does not change the price you pay.
Additional third party affiliate links may appear within editorial content and are similarly commission generating. This disclosure applies to the entire site.
Product samples and testing units
We sometimes receive product samples from manufacturers or public relations agencies for review consideration. Receiving a sample does not obligate us to write a review, to write a positive review or to include the product in any ranking. Samples we retain are either returned to the sender, donated or disclosed in the review.
Prices, availability and product changes
Prices shown on our site are pulled from merchant feeds or checked manually and may not reflect the exact price at the moment you click. Availability changes constantly. Product specifications, packaging and variants may change without notice from the manufacturer.
Always verify the current price and specifications on the merchant’s own product page before completing a purchase. Bravo Verdict is not responsible for pricing errors, product changes or availability at the point of sale.
FTC compliance
This disclosure is provided in accordance with the United States Federal Trade Commission’s guidelines concerning the use of endorsements and testimonials in advertising (16 CFR Part 255). We believe transparent, standing disclosure serves readers better than fine print, which is why this page exists.
